Australian Deliveries

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days from our warehouse. During peak periods or sales, dispatch may take up to 7 business days.

Pick up from warehouse - Free

Standard Shipping  -  2 to 8 business days
• $10.95 flat rate or FREE for orders over $100.

Express Shipping - 1 to 4 business days
• $16.85 flat rate or FREE  for orders over $100.

Please note:

• We cannot deliver to PO boxes or hospitals.

• Authority to leave can be requested at checkout, but the courier reserves the right to withhold the parcel if deemed unsafe.

• If your parcel is redirected to a post office for collection, re-delivery must be arranged independently.

• Snuggly Duds is not responsible for any transit delays.
Order Amendments

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes, including:

• Delivery address modifications

• Changes to item colors or sizes

• Adding or removing items

• Applying discounts

• Full order cancellations

Partial Orders & Availability

• Items in stock will be shipped promptly. Backordered items will be dispatched once available at no extra charge.

• If an item is unavailable and cannot be restocked, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Returns & Exchanges

Change of Mind Returns

We offer 14-day returns from the date of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Free from stains, pet hair, and odors.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, contact online@snugglyduds.com.au with your order number.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at online@snugglyduds.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
